A boutique studio, without the boutique prices.
We started STILLPOINT because the best teachers we knew were trapped by geography. A brilliant class was only ever available to whoever could get to that room, at that hour, on that day. We thought the practice deserved a wider door.
So we built one. Two hundred classes and counting, filmed properly, taught by people who've spent decades getting good at this — and priced so that showing up every day doesn't cost more than a single studio drop-in.
No streaks designed to guilt you. No algorithm deciding what you need. Just a quiet, well-made place to move and breathe, whenever you can.
Our teachers
Maya trained in Mysore and Lisbon and has taught for fifteen years. Her classes move with the breath rather than against the clock — strong, fluid, and unhurried.
A former physiotherapist, Daniel builds strength that holds up off the mat. Expect precise cueing, sensible progressions, and joints that thank you later.
Ingrid teaches classical Pilates with a contemporary eye. Small movements, deep work, and a calm voice that makes the hard parts feel possible.
Kenji spent six years in a monastery in Nagano. He teaches meditation the way it was given to him — plainly, patiently, without a single wind chime.
Sofia's classes are the ones people come back to — warm, witty, and quietly demanding. She believes a strong practice should also be a kind one.
